The 'Browse-to-Buy' Package: Sydney Contemporary 2025

The 'Browse-to-Buy' Package: Sydney Contemporary 2025
If something grabs your eye, then I will be contactable.
With the browsing package I said…
“When I see something note-worthy I’ll send you a photo, you can check them in real time or at the end of the day, the artwork images are there for you when you want to see and be inspired by them.”
Now you can add that…
“Caelene will be there for me when I want to buy that artwork.”
Yes, I will walk up to the gallery booth, ask them the questions you need to know, and finalise the sale for you.
I know very well that when you see an artwork that speaks to you, it is right to purchase it. When you see a ‘have to have’ artwork at an Art Fair, it is best to step up and acquire it immediately.
I must say that too many times I have been too late to get an artwork when it was available – yes, they keep selling all weekend so likely won’t get it if you wait to follow up a week later… I still remember a beautiful small work by Matt Arbuckle – titled, or similar to, ‘The Stillness’ - from the Dianne Singer booth in 2023, and how much I wished for this to be placed on the wall adjacent to my bedroom window – a peaceful vision to lend to my eyes before sleep - and yes, it was sold when I enquired a week later.
So… the ‘Browsing-to-Buy’ Package
This invites you to receive all my ‘browsing’ best picks in real time – yet you have a direct real-time line to me ‘to buy’ works, on your behalf, at the art fair.
We agree on three simple steps:
· Message me ‘I WANT THIS’ with the artwork details and image.
· I’ll then contact the booth as soon as possible, to confirm if the artwork is still available.
· If you want it, send the money, and I’ll close the deal for you.
IMPORTANT: All artwork purchases attract an additional 8% finder’s fee, and full payment (or asking deposit) must be provided to me to secure the purchase – it is important to have your money in an account able to transfer readily.
In addition, all ‘Browse-to-Buy’ clients receive my ‘armchair’ book:
A beautifully designed digital and/or printed booklet, contents include:
My personal overview of the Sydney Contemporary Art Fair 2025, at Carriageworks.
This is a written experience of visual trends, what I learned in my conversations with artists, gallerists and fellow attendees.
I will let you know which talks I attended, why, what it meant to me, and how I think these insights can benefit you.
I will make sure you get a run-down of what was ‘interesting’ at the art fair this year.
Of course, there will be plenty of visual content from my photos.
And links via QR codes to further information I gained at the stands.
Provided via email by 30 September 2025, with printed copies posted soon after if you have ordered one.
Note: The payment for this service is non-refundable, you pay for the journey and specialised service: I am looking especially for my clients and will check messages, and gain information for until you find an artwork, decide on a commission, or we can continue your search for the right artwork once I return to Melbourne.
